The rubies and diamond measure 1/8″ each.
Nice unusual shape.  My scale doesn’t record light gram weights very well.  Grams don’t show up when I put this on my scale.  But it feels a bit more weighty than normal service pins.  They usually don’t weigh a lot anyway.   A nice service tie tack though, weight aside.
