This is a rare piece of choral sheet music for the song “DISTANT MELODY” from the
Original Broadway production of the CAROLYN LEIGH, MOOSE CHARLAP, JULE STYNE, BETTY COMDEN and ADOLPH GREEN version of the musical “PETER PAN” at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York City. (The production opened October 20th, 1954 and ran for 152 performances.) ….. ….. DETAILS: The six page piece of sheet music measures approx. 6 3/4″ X 10 1/2″ inches and is copyrighted 1954 and 1958 by Betty Comden, Adolph Green and Jule Styne through Edwin H. Morris and Company in New York City ….. CONDITION: With the exception of a handwritten price on the front, this rare piece of sheet music is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any musical theatre aficionado or historian. This item will be carefully packaged in a protective sleeve and backed by stiff cardboard.
